<lj:music>the breakup suite by duster</lj:music>

as of late i've been sitting on public transit more than usual (if that possible) and having early morning walks. eating meals alone. it's been sparking a lot of thought.
i don't exactly need to "get it out of me" but i thought i'd share some thoughts.

for those who may or may not know, since a couple of months ago i've been kind of thinking more of the present than dwelling on the past or future. sometimes i get a bit paranoid and scared that everything that happened literally second ago is gone forever. forever. really.

and the people i sit beside on the bus for a few stops has a story and i pass all these people and sometimes i brush past them. all of those people's faces that was once staring at me is now a fading imprint in my brain. i'm trying to remember all those faces I pass each day. I kind of want to take pictures of every single person I meet and write a little story about that.

but that might be a little creepy especially if I just walk past a person for a moment. however, i still want to remember them.

...nostalgia strikes again?

    <lj:music>ocean breathes salty - sun kil moon</lj:music>

this journal is gonna change.
i'm going to add a bit more art/music/film related stuff and stop whining about love, hah!

so here are two things.

1) this is the best thing I've ever done so far in my life.
<lj-embed id="5" />

Try and find me!

2)

What you see are the Gulabi Gang. The Gulabi Gang are 10,000 women who fight (literally) for equal rights. They are found in one of the poorest regions of India, and thus many upper-class males take advantage of females in the region. However, the Gulabi Gang will not tolerate that. These women consult authorities and when authorities refuse to take action. The gang takes matters in their own hands. They beat the men who have harmed the women in the area and other poor people within it.
more info here here

    <lj:music>duster</lj:music>

well, i just got out of the shower and I put on some duster.
I don't know but this band just makes me feel truly like myself. Or a constant longing for myself. I really don't know where I want to be anymore. I have recently maintained a lot of happiness in my life, I always find myself wanting more. A selfish act you could say. In short, contrary belief I do want to live, in fact, I want to live far away. Arizona, is an obvious candidate. the sky is of a darker orange. Somewhere where I can really just lay down and feel the wind blow gently through my hair and watch the sun create a silhouette of my body. In my mind, my paradise is somewhere I am just alright. I don't have to be super happy. Just "alright". I can pack up and leave tomorrow, and I can stay a little while. It doesn't really matter. I think the truth is, I spent a lot of my time fiddling with love and flipping coins and I don't think I will ever have the guts to try. So I want to get away from them so I will stop caring.

I kind of like the thought of sitting in my bath tub, and water against my face and the lights are completely on and water is dripping from the faucet because I didn't muster enough strength to turn it off all the way.

I just had to get that out there. Somewhere and sometime I will read this again, and it will all still be true.

So I haven't been able to make as many videos as I wanted to with my new camera. Though I'd just like to say that my life is shaping up.

1) I made it into an online game show out of 300 people.
The game show is called "The Mole". You may have seen/heard about it on ABC it's a great show and if you know me well enough you know I am addicted to it.
There are 14 contestants and within the contestants there is a "mole" - a saboteur.
After two or so missions there is a quiz about the Mole ranging from where the Mole is from to how many questions did the mole answer correctly in *insert mission name here*. The person who scores the lowest on the quiz is executed. In each mission you can win up to so and so money to the "group pot." For this online game we can win a total up to a $100 USD yeah I know, it's small but it's online and it's in it's first season give me a break! The actual ABC version you can win up to a million dollars but it all depends on how well they do in each mission.
If you are interested in watching/reading about the Virtual Mole I'm in (I'm also the youngest player!)
go to: http://www.virtualmole.com/vm1

2) This is probably the biggest thing that's happened to me and I'm so excited.
I've been talking to this guy who is planning on making a short film which will actually be a lot more professional than my videos - of course. They will have makeup, set design, lighting, directors of photography, boom operators and the entire pre-production to post-production that should last for about 4-6 months. He has offered me to help him with his short film, in which if I help out from pre-production up until post-production (which I am because I really want to gain the experience) I will be credited as producer. It'll be great!

3) I just found an old Minolta Riva film camera, yuuum.

So that's what's been happening in my life lately and hopefully I'll put up a few more videos up before school starts.
